When you submit a demo request via our online form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, and the name of your healthcare facility. No other data is automatically collected for commercial tracking purposes.
The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your demo request and present the MCM Systems platform. It is not used for unsolicited marketing or shared with third parties.
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you submit the form. In accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, you have consented to being contacted by MCM Systems.
Our demo request form is hosted on Google Forms (Google LLC). Data submitted through the form passes through Google's servers in accordance with their own privacy policy. We use no other sub-processor for this data.
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months from submission. After this period, it is deleted or anonymised.
Under Law No. 18-07, you have the following rights over your personal data:
